His “there’s always a way” mindset and constant push for excellence set the tone for our safety-first, service-driven culture on the road. When he’s not supporting the BTB crew, you’ll find him with his wife, Laura Kate, and their two daughters, Bankes and Townes.

With extensive experience in the corporate world at Capital Strategies and Buffalo-Rock Pepsi, Laura Kate brings her infectious personality and organization to the team by default – she is married to the owner! She’s a champion of the people and the vibe at BTB, and loves the creativity every experience embodies at both companies. When she’s not embracing the culture here, she’s spending time with her husband, Nathan, and their two daughters, Bankes and Townes.

Paula is the powerhouse behind BTB Logistics, steering the company with equal parts strategy, grit, and heart. With a deep background in Finance and Human Resource Management, she brings a sharp, people-first lens to every decision—keeping operations tight, teams supported, and clients confident their freight is in the best hands. She’s never one to sit on the sidelines; if there’s a challenge, Paula’s already in the middle of it, finding a smarter, faster, better way forward.

When she’s not pushing BTB ahead, she’s outdoors with her husband and their dogs—usually on a river somewhere, soaking up every moment she can.

Hailing from the foothills of Pennsylvania, Cole brings his love of snacks and positive energy to the office every day. While he doesn’t travel on events (retired), he manages the office culture and keeps everybody encouraged. After a hard morning, he typically spends his afternoons underneath a chair in the conference room napping.

Noelle, our finance wizard with over 25 years of accounting experience! Known for her love of reconciliation, Noelle truly embodies the spirit of an accounting nerd. A rare gem, she’s one of the few born and raised in Nashville. When she’s not balancing the books, you can find her unwinding in Gatlinburg, surrounded by nature, or cherishing moments with her grandkids. For Noelle, joining our team means combining her passion for numbers with the vibrant energy of our industry. Fun fact: Noelle is a huge Disney World enthusiast and loves planning trips to the happiest place on earth.

Kaitlin brings us over 12 years of experience in the field! From a young age, she’s been enamored with crafting unforgettable experiences for others, turning dreams into reality with her creative flair. When she’s not busy wowing us with her marketing prowess, you can bet she’s off exploring the world or honing her skills on the golf course. With Kaitlin, every moment is an adventure waiting to unfold!

Where there is a need for drivers, there is Jessica! Jessica is a rockstar when it comes to the recruitment and retention of drivers. She LOVES getting to know each driver, and onboarding and collaborating with folks that share the BTB vision. When Jessica isn’t recruiting, you can find her spending time with her Grandkids, playing softball, or bowling.

Meet Ashley, our Director of Operations, who’s no stranger to the world of logistics! With a background in Third-Party Logistics, she brings a wealth of experience and expertise to our team. What does Ashley love most about BTB? The warm and welcoming family atmosphere makes every day feel like coming home. When she’s not hard at work ensuring our fleet runs smoothly, Ashley can be found satisfying her wanderlust with travels or basking in the tranquility on the water. With Ashley at the helm, our fleet sails smoothly through any challenge that comes our way!

Chris came to BTB with a passion for logistics and an aptitude for problem solving – which made him the ideal Director of Maintenance and Repair! He loves the daily challenge of keeping our trucks and trailers running on tour, and the interactions he has with each driver. When he’s not helping with life on the road, you can find Chris golfing or at a Nashville Predators game with his Grandchildren.

Meet Justin, our Director of Safety extraordinaire! After dabbling in various jobs post-college, he found his calling in the transportation industry, drawn to its fast pace and dynamic atmosphere. Spending over four years at a mega carrier in Nashville, Justin honed his skills in different departments, with safety becoming his forte. This wealth of experience led him to join BTB, where he now oversees safety operations with finesse and expertise. Off the clock, you’ll find Justin teeing off on the golf course or showcasing his culinary prowess as the self-proclaimed “Best Meat Smoker in Nashville.” With Justin at the helm, safety is not just a priority but a passion

Off the clock, you’ll find her adventuring in her RV, spending time with family, or chasing the next great travel story.

Buckle up, folks! Mackenzie’s no rookie in the trucking scene – she even ran her own trucking company! Now, she’s bringing a truckload of wisdom and savvy to our team. But hold onto your hats, HGTV, because Mackenzie’s got a magic touch for turning old furniture into treasure. And heads up, pool players, she’s not just a shark – she’s a national finalist who’s made waves in Vegas! So, consider yourselves warned – Mackenzie’s a force to be reckoned with in every arena she enters!

Kaysha keeps our fleet running like a well-oiled machine with over 10 years of customer service know-how in healthcare and logistics. When she’s not coordinating the chaos, you’ll find her rocking the freshest sneakers and binge-watching The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air like it’s a full-time job. She’s basically our go-to for keeping things smooth and stylish!

Suzanne’s journey to office management is anything but ordinary — from mastering retail hustle to keeping calm and spa-cool as an assistant manager, she’s done it all. She even took a detour into finance as a loan officer before finding her true calling here with us. When she’s not keeping the office running smoothly, Suzanne’s probably diving into a good book, leveling up in video games, or binge-watching her favorite anime. Basically, if there’s a task to tackle or a problem to solve, Suzanne’s your go-to — and she does it all with a smile (and maybe a coffee in hand).
